Friendlies with Wapping Warriors

A big thank you to Wapping Warriors. On Saturday 20th May 2017 they brought down their U7,U8 and U9 teams to play friendlies with Vallance junior teams at Weavers Field. It was a great day for all the players and we hope to go to the home ground of Wapping Warriors in the near future and play there.

Summer football

Vallance FC senior team have started their league games in the BFA Summer League 2017. They are playing in the Championship and all games are played from May to August 2017 on a Sunday at Victoria Park. Once again the team is a mixture of the youth and senior players.

Festival for all

On a sunny day at the Mile End stadium, Vallance Community Sports Association held their 9th annual Disability Sports Day Festival 2017 on Wednesday 10th May. Over 130 participants registered on the day to take part in the multi sports activities which included Football, Cricket, Soft Tennis, Boccia and many others. A big thank you to all the staff and management of the schools and organisations that attended and took part. Tournament at Spurs

Vallance FC U8 had an experience not to forget. On Saturday 6th May 2017 they took part in the Hackney Marshes Saturday Youth Football League 5 a side tournament at the Tottenham Hotspurs training ground in Enfield. They got to play on the training pitches and go into the players changing rooms. In the tournament they played 4 games, winning one, drawing two and losing one.

For a good cause

On Saturday 29th April Vallance FC took part in a Charity 5 a side football tournament. Channel S and the BFA UK held this tournament for the RFC Ramadan Family Commitment. The age groups were from U8 to veterans. Vallance FC had 2 U10 and 2 U14 and 1 team from the U12. Vallance FC U10 B, U14 B and the U12 went out in the group stages. Vallance U10 A and U14 A lost in the semi-final to the eventual winners of their age groups. Vallance FC U14 A and B Vallance FC U10 A and B
