Fun friendlies

On a very hot day Vallance FC U7 and U6 played friendly games at Weavers Field on Saturday 26th May. Local teams Mindset FC and Wapping Warriors Youth came down with their U7 and U6 to compete. All the games were played in a friendly atmosphere with all the parents enjoying the hot weather and cheering on the young boys. Vallance Football Development Officer Iqbal Hussain said “We are grateful to Mindset FC and Wapping Warriors for coming here today. There are not many teams in the borough who have this age group so we thought it will be good to invite them down and play friendlies. Today there was NO winners as all the boys that participated got a medal”

Disability Sports Day Festival 2018

On a sunny day at the Mile End stadium, Vallance Community Sports Association held their 10th annual Disability Sports Day Festival 2018 on Monday 14th May. Over 150 participants registered on the day to take part in the multi sports activities which included Football, Cricket, Soft Tennis, Inclusive Bikes and many others. A big thank you to all the staff and management of the schools and organisations that attended and took part. FA Charter Standard status Health check

Vallance FC has once again completed the clubs annual health check and is proud of our FA Charter Standard status. We’re committed to delivering the best possible experience for players, referees, coaches and supporters making football safe and fun for everyone.

Tesco Bags of Help

We’re in the customer vote for a Bags of Help grant from Tesco. It’s a scheme which gives community projects like us grants of up to £4,000 – all raised from the sale of carrier bags in Tesco stores. The public will now vote in store during May and June 2018 on who should receive the awards. Please support us in your local store!

Vallance Cricket Club is back

After almost 10 years Vallance Cricket Club is back. They will be competing in the Ellis Davies League and play Sunday at various locations in London. For details to join the team and sponsorship opportunities please contact club.

Awards Night 2018

The VSCA awards night was an inspiring and memorable evening with over 350 guests attending on Monday 30th April at the Atrium Banqueting Suite in Shoreditch. Young members and their parents celebrated the evening with special invited guests. VSCA, its sponsors and partners for the night are really proud of the individuals that were rewarded on the night. The London FA had bought in the FA Cup for people take pictures with. The Mayor of Tower Hamlets had a few encouraging words to say about the organisation and its participants.
